I appreciate that they're a 24 hour vet, because sometimes you have no choice. But the two times I've been here I was less than thrilled with the service. I would much rather go somewhere else when I have options.

I have had great experiences with SVVH. For several years I have taken my two small dogs to this vet for routine visits/vaccinations, dental services, emergency care and boarding. I have always had great care by all the staff and doctors. They always answer questions and often call me after appts. to check on my dogs. Recently, Dr. Lee has been really helpful addressing high blood pressure issues for my poodle. Grateful they are close to home and take good care of my dogs.

Worst service I have ever received. I took my dog to their after hours care because her paw was swollen 3x the normal size. They immediately said it was due to foxtail grass. They poked and cut her paw looking for it, but never found one. I told them it had to be something else, so they kept my dog for a day. A few hundred dollars later, they still said it was due to foxtail grass. When i picked her up, my dog was stressed, thirsty, and smelled like she urinated on herself.
