I be here since I got an acute tonsillitis and it hurts so badly…But luckily the doctor and nurse here are soooo nice although they have a lot of patients. My doctor Emily is really helpful and patience when I speaking like a duck . Thank you all!!!
Got hurt in an accident and needed forms for my work filled out ASAP... Got sent away and told to see a walk in because they are 'qttached to an urgent care' so they won't help with that... No walk ins really exist accept for the small select few that don't operate on the weekends. Traveled all the way across town to get told to go away. Not sure where people are supposed to go when all they have off is the weekend and work hours cover over most clinics open hours.
Had to visit tonight due to an abscess that wasn’t draining and causing quite a bit of pain. Clerks and nurses were very welcoming. Waited approximately an hour and a half. Was seen by Dr. Wang shortly after being placed in one of the rooms. Dr. Wang was amazing - she has great bedside manner and was exceptionally thorough. She explained my options and details of the procedure as well as my follow up care. Definitely one of my best experiences as a patient.
Receptionist asked me what she wanted me to do? Like I’m the medical professional here who is able to answer the best course of action for my symptoms and issues. I don’t understand why she ignored me and had time to chat with her coworker for 3 minutes in Tagalog while I was standing there. And then proceeded to call my number and ask me to prove to her that the number was correct. Be prepared to spend 4 hours minimum if you’re not actively bleeding or geriatric, also good luck trying to communicate with the receptionist
