Terrible terrible terrible service. I really am not sure how they are still in operation unless Medicaid pays them for cancelled trips. Multiple phone calls and brick walls at every turn. Simple requests like pick my son up on the “side” of the building but they can’t do that, “we only pick up at main entrance.” Arriving an hour earlier than requested time but driving off at 16 minutes after arrival because they have a “15 minute” wait time. No responsibility for their error.

You need to fire every driver you have and just burn this business down. Y'all are horrible. Your vans smell of vomit. You people cannot drive. I will not trust you transporting my groceries.

Years Later & Still Terrible Service. I’m not even a customer. I read all the comments throughout the years & clearly there hasn’t been any change. While picking my aunt up from an appointment, she asked if I would mind taking YOUR customer home. Her appointment was at 1pm and she was done at 2pm. She waited for 3 hours to be picked up, and even called customer service numerous times for assistance. I politely asked her to hang up the phone and told her that I’d get her home. What ever you do so not use this company for transportation! Unless you dont value your life, I was picked up by the manager so he claims a dont remember his but I believe his name was Brice or Bruce one of the two. If in fact he is the manager I feel so sorry for the company!! We ran more red lights than I could count. I will NEVER use this company again. A driver from this company ran a stop sign and hit my daughter's car at a four-way stop, likely totaling it. I cannot get a definitive answer as to whether or not the car is totaled, because their insurance company fails to communicate with me. I also reached out to the company and have not received a response. As of the last communication with their insurance, they haven't completed their investigation due to the inability to reach the driver.
