This transport company is the worst they tried to force my 5 year old in the front seat and the third row of a mini van when it was clearly documented he wasn’t allowed in the 3rd row and it’s against the law for him to ride in the front seat they do not hold their drivers accountable and some drivers are in active addiction. Be CAREFUL!
I just had a man driving a Kia soul that barely worked. I asked him to stop jerking the car as he drove he then started to yell at me and then got on the phone with Jackie and made it looked like I was the issue. I just had a procedure and the jerking of the vehicle made me feel worse. He got almost to my house turned around got into the emergency lane of the interstate state to take me 20 min.
