Paperwork was sent out off by over $10,000. I received no apology. It was quite distressing to see that in the afternoon with closing first thing in the morning. I called before closing time and they had turned off their phones 28 minutes early. I spent hours the night before my closing going through every line item after that and then double checking myself and check triple checking myself.
