They do not follow Culligan website. Appointments made online are not recongognized. Site offers consultant to help figure out best option(s), they dont do that. For whole house filter they would install but I need to contract plumber first. Gave up on whole house filter decided on under sink RO " Aquasential" after talking with installer. Office sent me a contract with a different RO system the AC-30. I called she said the Aquasential was an outdated System they didn't have. Only have AC-30. I called yesterday about our water cooler not working at the Solstice location. They came out with a replacement the very next day! Justin & the receptionist were very polite & professional!
