This office refused to continue service with a high risk pregnancy at 32 weeks due to the patient couldn't pay them $1000 today. This is absolutely absurd. One lady offered a payment plan the lady today said to " You should have planned better financially before you got pregnant".. this is totally and completely unacceptable.
First the wait is horrible and it’s super packed. I went for a yearly in November for the first time with this Dr office. Staff is real nice but Dr DeGuzman I feel like wasn’t too concerned about my problems. He rushed. I had to ask him if he was going to do a lump check on my breast, I didn’t know I had to ask for him to do his job smh. I also had to ask if I can get blood drawn. Now mind you it was a yearly check for everything so I can see where my numbers was on my blood work and Pap smear. Never going back but the staff... read more
Called to see if I could get seen and was told because I personally pay for my insurance and my job doesn't mean they can't see me it would be 500$ out of pocket just to be seen. And my insurance is Christus. I don't know who it was on the phone but telling someone they would have to pay out of pocket when I have an insurance that sponsors the building they are in and would take it if I wasn't paying for it myself is ridiculous and discouraging for people that's just wanting to get answers but instead just gets the run aroun... read more
Appointment at 1030am….its 1153am and I still haven’t seen a doctor: this is not a one time thing either! This is every single time I have come here over last 6 years. But this is the last time. Absolutely disrespectful to other peoples time
They have the rudest receptionists I’ve ever talked to. She isn’t helpful and is the worst person I’ve ever talked to on the phone. If you want new patients you should learn to be nicer. “ the christus way” what a joke
