Called to see if I could get seen and was told because I personally pay for my insurance and my job doesn't mean they can't see me it would be 500$ out of pocket just to be seen. And my insurance is Christus. I don't know who it was on the phone but telling someone they would have to pay out of pocket when I have an insurance that sponsors the building they are in and would take it if I wasn't paying for it myself is ridiculous and discouraging for people that's just wanting to get answers but instead just gets the run aroun... read more
Appointment at 1030am….its 1153am and I still haven’t seen a doctor: this is not a one time thing either! This is every single time I have come here over last 6 years. But this is the last time. Absolutely disrespectful to other peoples time
They have the rudest receptionists I’ve ever talked to. She isn’t helpful and is the worst person I’ve ever talked to on the phone. If you want new patients you should learn to be nicer. “ the christus way” what a joke
So my doctor is no longer with Southeast Texas OBGYN. I call to see about starting with another doctor that’s I’ve heard about there and I’m told that I can’t see her because she only takes new patients not patients that’s already been there… nice to know they are concerned about women’s health. Will not be returning to this facility.
I’ve gone here for years and always had great experience! When I was pregnant I switched to Dr DeGuzman and NP Nicole Tyler. I really liked Dr DeGuzman and would recommend him to anyone, very knowledgeable and professional. He was quick and to the point but also took great care of me once my pregnancy became high risk, I always felt I was in great hands. Mrs. Tyler the NP is exceptional, will hear all your concerns and explains things well, really takes time with her patients. Also the nurses for both were great would always... read more
