No complaints at SETOGA. First used Dr Rising and sadly he retired. He was absolutely amazing. So sad for him to leaves then Had Nichole Tyler NP and she was wonderful. Now using Dr Smith and can not complain, he’s wonderful. This whole group has been such a blessing to my family. The workers are efficient and super fast at what they do. They stay busy but always worth it. Hardly ever have to wait to be seen even being such a busy practice. Highly recommend
Extremely rude front office ladies. Was confused about paperwork since I've been a patient before. Got it straight only to over here it being discussed in a laughing way. Extremely unprofessional, simply rude. Most offices will ask if there are any changes. These two ladies shouldn't work with the public if that's how they're gping to treat patients. I'd give them zero stars if possible j. Felt completely judged, mistreated & uncomfortable.
They’re busy for a reason!!! Amazing staff, down to everyone you react with. I used Dr. Kirby & he truly was a God send. His nurse Miranda worked around my schedule & got me in for surgery asap. He saved my life from cervical cancer & endometriosis pain!!! I’m sad he is leaving, but thankful for everything he did for me! I highly recommend them, & so glad I went here for a 2nd opinion, otherwise, I may not be here to write this review today! We love Dr Victores he is absolutely wonderful he delivered my baby in February of 2024 unfortunately he is no longer delivering. 10/10 Still waiting on my refund for a circumcision that wasn’t done due to other circumstances. Keep being told I won’t receive a refund for something I paid cash for until my insurance is done paying for everything else. Spoke to my insurance company they state that everything has been paid, so what’s the hold up? They push so hard to pay for things before delivery but can’t seem to give me my m... read more
