Whoever is answering your phones today is very rude. I am in a lot of pain and just called to set up an appointment....I've never been talked to like that, and I've never written a bad review. Please don't work in the medical field if you have no compassion or patience. I'm just looking for some help right now.

Appointment at 8:00, but they tell you to get here 15 minutes before for check-in, get called for vitals & placed in exam room at 8:30 to wait because doctor doesn’t get here till 9:00. Now that they’ve partnered with Steward Family (some ones that own Medical Center & Victory), I see things going downhill. Once the doctor gets here, he’s already an hours worth of patients behind so you’re now rushed through in under 2 minutes & he doesn’t have tome to answer questions because quantity is now more important that quality care... read more
