My catscan has been read incorrectly. I even spoke with the technician that I do not have a pain stimulator in my back. Dr Padron insisted I had metal leads in my body, from an electric pain stimulator. I even offered the phone number to Medtronic that could verify that what he was seeing was a old catheter from a pain pump that had been removed. Extremely hard to get a hold of them for payment information. They have sent no physical bill but texts my wife we owe them. When you call, no one answers and you have to push 1 for a call back after waiting a few minutes. When they call, if you are not able to answer you have to go through the whole process all over again. Horrible service!

Received a text saying my bill was going to go to collections if I did not pay. I was super angry. The call center told me they would give me an extension to pay and would not turn me over to collections

They refuse to put on statement that the charge is for "reading MRI". Statement states charge is for " RT MRI Joint UPR EXTREM W/O dye. I explained that I paid for the MRI, and I couldn't allocate but one check for that. I asked if they could just put on the statement that it was for the reading.... I have called two times and was told no. When I asked who I should call to get invoice corrected I was told both times, there was no one. Makes me wander why they want the bills to be so confusing.
