Terrible office staff! I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter that has been having hives for several days. I wanted to get in for an evaluation for allergy testing. They wouldn’t make an appointment until I paid them $380(just for an office visit, no testing yet) We have met our deductible this year. I was told they can’t see her until I pay and to ask her pediatrician what to do?! I’ll be going elsewhere. These doctors are highly recommended but their staff needs education.
