Brought 2 dogs here on 2 separate occasions for 2 separate issues. The first one, they told me had no spinal cushion and it was a wonder that she was mobile, that she had eaten something and would likely need surgery for that and that she was most likely going to die. We brought her home and to our vet the very next morning. She had nothing weird in her stomach, was diagnosed with arthritis and needed some therapy from a pulled neck muscle playing too hard with another pet. I’m sitting in my car outside the clinic at 6:28 am. Was told at 1:15 am ( hours ago) to pick up my EXTREMELY SICK cat to rush him to my vet to hopefully get him immediately back in a heat tent with IV support for a massive infection. I rushed him here last night and told them my cat is nearly dead. He need emergency treatment. They had me wait OUTSIDE for 3 hours. At that point, my cats temp was 91.3 degrees. i sure wish the was another option, the office staf who use the title of Veterinary Technician, are plane rude, they act like they don’t want to be bothered, and their actions ae nothing less than negligent tonight. I brought my female who had a c-section 2 days prior because 3 of her staple came out. When I brought her I know they are super slow due to staffing levels, so I brought her puppies. Uncaring about your pet. Worthless place that charges huge amounts of money and just puts your pet down. Do not use this place.
