This is the worst place to go. The nurses are rude when you call in. They have now idea how to talk to patients .When you call in to reschedule appointments they have no idea what his schedule is and to call back only to drop you as a patient. As for Christopher Nance, he acts like a big kid and constantly talks over you. Does not respond when questions that are asked. And the 3 hours that I was waiting they had one other patient ahead of me and the Express Care Dr. Chad Taylor PA is very good explained a lot, Following up with a referral. Female assistant Express Care talking to the granddaughter on the phone the entire time I was there until it was time to inject my back
First appointment waited for 3hours. Second waited an hour and when asked how long it was gonna be, the doctor was not even their.
