5 stars, absolutely amazing service. Brian was able to put in my IV while going over railroad tracks and I didn't even feel it. HOWEVER, they would not stop at Whataburger, per my demand, on the way to Shelby Hospital. I may never recover.
Worst experience ever. Advised my 87 year old grandmother to not go to hospital because her vitals were stable. We were told " All they would do is check her vitals and if she was stable they would just release her. Later that day she goes to her primary care doctor, her oxygen was so low they sent her right to the E.R. time she got to hospital her oxygen was 80. She spent 12 days in the hospital with pneumonia, pressure wounds from neglect, and MRSA. But was told by the paramedics that came out that day she did not need to ... read more
