Professional craftsmen with an outstanding office staff. Our installation was on the day and time they specified and they even called to confirm. The work was timely and top notch and the crew outstanding. The job site was cleaned up and they didn't leave until I thoroughly understood how the generator worked. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again.
We have called we had a couple of problems power went out generator worked as it should but didn't shut off for 5 and half hours after power came back on. no one came out are even called back.it came on by it self one day ran for hours with no power outage they said main breaker was bad said that was are problem. I have been dealing with Southeast Services for my generator for many years and could not be happier with their installation and great service. There have been a few hiccups with my Internet connectivity , no fault of Southeast Services, and Paul dispatched people to resolve it that very day. This is a company that will not let you down in time of need and will do whatever necessary to insure you never have an "out of order" on your equipment. Used them twice. The first time was for service. Took them a light plant to repair. They ordered the parts and had it a week and it was completed, no issues. Second time i ordered just one part, the same part they used for the service repair the last time. It took two weeks of me calling to get it ordered, thought it was ordered and finally they said i had to pay first. So i paid, they said it would take a couple days to get.
