Our experience was a perfect example of how being flexible as a customer can pay off. We originally booked the Orca Cove tour but unfortunately there were some issues with the Catamaran and we weren’t able to do our original tour so they offered to take us up to Clover Pass. Had the best adventure with Lucas. First of all, his beard was amazing (I think the term is ugly cool). He was the nicest kid. Took a fast boat out to their home base house boat and my husband and I were on a tandem sea kayak. We have kayaked a lot in our home state of Michigan, but this is the first time we've been on a sea kayak that is steered by a rudder, but we caught on quick. Amazing morning kayak in orcas cove with guide David. It was low tide & we saw tons of orcas all around us. Highlight of our trip. Matt was so helpful making sure we were all in their gear - left totally dry!
What an amazing company that truly went above and beyond in providing a unique experience and an exceptional customer service! Shout out to Lukas and Devan, who ensured that we had an excellent experience every step of the way.
