We called USAA to report water damage and SE Restoration had a crew at our house within a couple of hours. Eli made us feel very comfortable with what needed to be done to get our house back together. His communication was great and we really felt like he took pride in taking care of our home.

SE has been excellent during the mitigation and restoration of my home. My house was destroyed by a faulty toilet in my upstairs bathroom and mitigations came out immediately and began the process of drying out the water damage. Johnny and Max went the extra distance to ensure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Dave came in after to begin restorations and made sure I knew what to expect. I had a water loss at my house which affected my laundry room floors, kitchen ceiling, hardwood floors and my garage ceiling. I was devastated but from the first call to Southeast Restoration they made this terrible experience bearable. My project manager Dmitriy took charge from the initial meeting until my home was put back together perfectly, even better than before. Many thanks to Dmitriy and all the crews.
