I used to be seen for primary care, neurology, and psychiatry. I've called a few different times over the last few weeks as to how much it would cost me to obtain my health records...last time being seen 4 years ago.... I am being told my records are not in their system and whenever someone can go try to hopefully find it in some warehouse (supposedly located somewhere else) they will get back to me. Dr. Sheerani is an outstanding neurologist and epileptologist. I was extremely happy with the care I received. He spent a great deal of time with me, never rushed the appointment, and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood my condition and treatment options. I absolutely love Dr. Roberts & his staff. Everyone is extremely nice & very caring! They are very compassionate to what's going on with me. They actually listen when you're talking. Dr. Roberts is very caring, he checks you out from head to toe & puts you at ease immediately! I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Oh, you never have to wait very long either.
All the staff was so nice and helpful. They made sure everything went good even though power kept messing everything up. We definitely will be back
