Always a great experience Southeast Professional Title, especially with Ryan Kopczyk. I have have been involved with 10+ deals in their office and Ryan is always quick to reply to phone calls and emails. They know how to close transactions quickly and accurately.
I see the overall reviews coming to a 4.8. However I don't share the same experience with Southeast. From the beginning things seemed to be great. Things were fast, everything seem to be in order.... right up until almost a month after we CLOSED on 1726 Jordan in Rockledge, FL. They contacted me to let me know the mortgage wasn't paid off because of an issue between them and the bank. On top of that I was forced to wire them (Southeast) an additional $3200 to fix the issue. Ryan was absolutely fantastic, had few hiccups from buyer but Ryan was steadfast and stayed with it till it was finished. Great customer service all around Jonathan jones
Ryan and his team are amazing! They respond very quickly to inquiries and are able to guide you through the entire closing process in a way that puts your mind at ease. As real estate investor, I don't want my transactions in the hands of an Amateur. They get the job done, and they don't knickle and dime you with unnecessary junk fees. I highly recommend this firm.
