We've worked with SE Professional many times over the years as a lender in Florida. They are by far one of the easiest title companies to work with, and service the whole state for us. Their coordinators are very communicative and work efficiently to get our closings past the finish line as quickly as possible. We work with them primarily on investment loans, and they are very investor-friendly. Can't rec them enough!
