Extremely disappointed with this electrical company. They completed work that is still under warranty, yet they have failed to come back and inspect the issue despite multiple calls and follow-ups. Each time I contact them, I’m told I’ll be placed on a waitlist, and then I never hear back. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when a company refuses to stand behind its own warranty work.
