I came for my first visit front desk staff and doctor was amazing made me feel comfortable and safe. The Medical assistant Paola she very rude with a very nasty attitude.the way she took my blood she hurted me really bad and didn't have no remorse about it.I said something about it hurted bad she laughed which I didn't think it was funnie.it left a mark on my arms as well. They made me an appointment for a test today, and I'm here, and the place is closed. They made me miss a day of work by giving me an appointment for a day they're not going to be open.
I feel really bad when I go back home . The ultrasound technician was really nasty, called my baby crazy and lazy. If you want to feel uncomfortable Embarrassed this is the place 🙁
I came to get my anatomy scan done. Front staff very nice. The ultrasound technician Michelle is super friendly and amazing. She made me feel comfortable. I hope to always see her. I love people that have great bedside manner. I've done a scan with my previous pregnancy and it was a traumatic experience. Coming here, i was at ease. The doctor Dr. Gonzalez-Garcia is very patient and kind.
