They made me an appointment for a test today, and I'm here, and the place is closed. They made me miss a day of work by giving me an appointment for a day they're not going to be open.
I feel really bad when I go back home . The ultrasound technician was really nasty, called my baby crazy and lazy. If you want to feel uncomfortable Embarrassed this is the place 🙁
I came to get my anatomy scan done. Front staff very nice. The ultrasound technician Michelle is super friendly and amazing. She made me feel comfortable. I hope to always see her. I love people that have great bedside manner. I've done a scan with my previous pregnancy and it was a traumatic experience. Coming here, i was at ease. The doctor Dr. Gonzalez-Garcia is very patient and kind.
Staff is very nice and attentive. Technicians also! Now “Dr Gonzales” wow if I could give him -10 stars I will. So rude, very disturbing and no work ethics whatsoever. As a Dr you should have more empathy and at least your delivery should soften up. He will raise his voice, move around the room making us nervous, definitely did not like us asking him questions.
