I feel really bad when I go back home . The ultrasound technician was really nasty, called my baby crazy and lazy. If you want to feel uncomfortable Embarrassed this is the place 🙁
I came to get my anatomy scan done. Front staff very nice. The ultrasound technician Michelle is super friendly and amazing. She made me feel comfortable. I hope to always see her. I love people that have great bedside manner. I've done a scan with my previous pregnancy and it was a traumatic experience. Coming here, i was at ease. The doctor Dr. Gonzalez-Garcia is very patient and kind.
Staff is very nice and attentive. Technicians also! Now “Dr Gonzales” wow if I could give him -10 stars I will. So rude, very disturbing and no work ethics whatsoever. As a Dr you should have more empathy and at least your delivery should soften up. He will raise his voice, move around the room making us nervous, definitely did not like us asking him questions. Loved Dr. Rosa and all the staff here. Saw them on 4 different occasions for ultrasounds and every time everyone was friendly, thorough, informative and helpful. I appreciated that Dr. Rosa thoroughly reviewed the ultrasounds with me taking the time to explain what he was looking at, proactively providing me useful information and answering all my questions. We welcomed our baby girl recently and I thank Dr. Rosa and his team for helping us along in our pregnancy journey.
