Mercy Clinic for Orthopedics is doing everything right. Starting with a pleasant person answering the phone, no on hold, to Dr Lawrence seeing me ahead of my appt time. Dr Lawrence explained all my options and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. McPherron did my 1st hip replacement in 2023 and Dr. Jacobs did my 2nd hip replacement this year.Both doctors and staff are amazing and I appreciate them all!
This is a new modern building, very clean and spacious. There is plenty of on-site parking with dedicated handicap parking closer to the building. Valet parking is available when the sign is out and visible from the entrance. Upon entering the building, there is a reception desk with an attendant. Numerous physicians and specialists here. Has restrooms available. All staff that I encountered were super nice and friendly. Broke my wrist in January 2023, had surgery by one of the Dr's. Post surgery I expressed several times my concerns about pain and regaining movement. Was repeatedly told everything was healing perfectly. I have not had full use of my wrist since and very limited mobility. Found out today from an xray ordered by my pcp that it is healed incorrectly. Now my only option is another surgery. I definitely will go to st louis next time.
