Refused to make me an appointment for my son, even though we have excellent insurance that this facility accepts. Told me to come to a “bumps and bruises” clinic on a Saturday morning to have him seen. When I arrived, no one is here. Doors are locked. I called the answering service, they have absolutely no information. Why even have an answering service? Completely unorganized. Beware.
