This business has an incompetent billing ***** They file claims incorrectly. Patients cannot speak to staff filing claims to resolve issues with incorrect claims. Dr ***** ******* is unresponsive to patient complaints.There are many good orthopods in region. Find one that provides good care AND good customer service.

In January 2024, I've made repeated attempts with the ****************** to refund me all the monies they made me overpay in 2023. After 6 weeks, I received a credit to my HSA credit card for a partial refund of $169.84 on 2/10/24. They said they couldn't refund the rest of the money (about $75) because the Credit card used has since changed the expiration date. The card number is still the same. They advised me they'd have to issue a paper check which takes another 6-8 weeks to get approved and issued. A follow up call to B... read more

In my experience the customer service area of this company has proven to be unprofessional, both in office and over the phone. And appointments were canceled by them until I was past my ********************************************************** I was not satisfied with my post surgery care, there in lies my opinion.

Southeast orthopedics did an *** for me. It took me 3 month to get in to see the doctor. Dr. ******* seems to be a fabulous doctor and I am very happy with him. Dr. ******* said he needed another *** because some of the imaging wasn't clear. Fine and ok, mistakes happen. I had an appointment scheduled today, March 6 at SEO on county road ******************************************. I received a text message that said I would need to pay $531.79 for the *** today.
