From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was so friendly, and on time. Then meeting with the CDA, RDA, Jenn, she brings such a comforting atmosphere and walks you through every step she's doing and explaining why. Her patience with my questions and support is something that is hard to find, and I could not rave about her kindness more. Repeatedly lied about forwarding Drs notes and 3D images to oral surgeon for 5 months. Called me 2 days before my daughters surgery to tell me I needed to pick up films and deliver them to Boston prior to her surgery. I requested they call and deliver via courier and they said no. Most unprofessional and dishonest dentist/Drs office I’ve ever been involved with. Don’t ever trust with your children!
First visit for braces not going so good. Had a 10am appt, got here at 9:50 and he just got called in at 10:40. And I'm told it's gonna be another 45 mins to an hr. Unacceptable to say the least.
