Lynn failed to properly efile a simple Ohio tax. She failed to correct the problem in a timely manner. She failed to make it right for her client contrary to saying she would. The IRS sent this year's tax refund to Ohio to pay for Lynn's mistake. Now Lynn is failing again to do the right thing for her client by paying for her mistake.

Lynn and her staff are a great at their jobs. They are always friendly and have s good sense of humor. In my option this is the best place to have your taxes done. You come in as a customer and leave as a friend. Thanks SEOFS
