I brought them my tire to get balanced two days later weights are sitting on the floor. Tried to call them two times in one day never got a call back proceeded to take my wheel back to them since I could never get a call back or even an answer at anyone, to get it rebalance. They fix-it method was to put a big ass, ugly piece of purple duct tape to hold weights down on my rim.
