It's a quiet homesy kind of place. People smile and wave. The neighbors look out for each other. Older decent place to live.
I recently applied at Southeast Mobile Estates due to seeing Homes For Sale flag at the main entrance. I was told I had been approved, but I haven't heard from anyone since then. I took a drive through the complex, I noticed there aren't any homes for sale. I believe Southeast Mobile Estates is taking people's $40.00 application fee. Please ignore the Home For Sale flag.
