I recently applied at Southeast Mobile Estates due to seeing Homes For Sale flag at the main entrance. I was told I had been approved, but I haven't heard from anyone since then. I took a drive through the complex, I noticed there aren't any homes for sale. I believe Southeast Mobile Estates is taking people's $40.00 application fee. Please ignore the Home For Sale flag.

I grew up in this neighborhood. It was once a peaceful place to live. There were kids playing outside all day long until the street lights came on. The American Flag USED to have a working light at night when it was flying 24/7. Now, the light hasn't been FIXED in several years. The rules and regulations have definitely changed for the worst!
