I can’t say enough about Doctor Mark Toma and his staff. So kind, helpful, and patient. I had septosplasty surgery earlier in the month and the amount of care they’ve provided speaks volumes. The office staff is welcoming, and even over the phone always seem happy to help. Doctor Toma takes his time to listen and answer any questions I have. He never makes me feel rushed regardless of the amount of questions or concerns that I have. Thank you to Doctor Toma and staff!

I should have taken the putrid smell of the waiting room as a sign to walk right back out the door. This place is a scam and Dr. Metz is only interested in hearing himself talk and has the charm & grace of a midwest frat boy (dap included). After sticking a tongue depressor down my throat and asking me a couple questions in front of his med student, he couldn’t have been less interested in further examining me. This was our first time to Southeast Michigan ENT and we were blown away! We saw Alexandra Nahhas and she had such a kind, genuine, empathetic bedside manner. I appreciated the way she would listen to our concerns and take her time to listen and hear the questions we had. She took the absolute best care of my grandma, and I can’t thank her enough for it! Highly recommend Alex!
