Absolutely love this clinic! I can’t recommend it enough. All the desk staff are fantastic and so helpful. Dr Metz has been nothing but kind and is willing to take his time and answer all my questions. Jay the room tech was friendly. The clinic manager Viola celebrates her team and has been extremely kind and compassionate. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
Feels like they rush you and don’t really listen to your concerns. They don’t explain what the medicine they are prescribing does for you. Medical assistant gave an incomplete record what my concerns were to the doctor. Doctors aren’t warm or welcoming. I was given surgery to clear up my nose but there was hardly any difference in my ability to breathe through it. I’ve been there multiple times and my impression of them just kept declining. Do yourself a favor and find a different nose doctor
I went in for a referral on my ear wax problem. Super cool energy at this office, from registration, to resceduling everybody working there had such a wonderful energy, it made me feel right at home, with people who cared about me. The awesome young doctor fixed me right up, after carefully and compassionately listening to my problem. I might have to come out of retirement and apply to work there...Viola the office manager is an absolute love bug.... Keep up the good work and the Good Vibes. Nurse practitioner Dina was the most amazing doctor I’ve ever had ! She completely cleared my ears and made me feel so much better ! She was very motherly and comforting and she had the best energy very real and down to earth ! Book with her ! Highly recommend!
