Had a 9:30 appointment for the Canton office. Arrived at 9:10am, sat in the waiting room until 9:56am then put in a room. At 10:30 I was told I was the next patient after the doctor walked into the room next door. Would have been over 1.5 hours AFTER my appointment time before I seen a doctor. How can time management be so terribly shitty? Go to the Dearborn office instead.
A few months ago I had surgery with Dr. Toma, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery, submucosal resection, and a septoplasty. I had been dreading the pain and discomfort afterward, but Dr. Toma’s skill made the entire experience much easier than I expected. The pain was manageable, and the results have been excellent. The scheduler is very tricky to catch and apparently she is the only one allowed to do this. They tell me her lunch hours are from 12pm to 1pm but I call and she's rarely in. The receptionists in general a rude as they never remind the other people of patients and seem to get angry when we check in as they are also doing some clerical work. The doctors are fine, but the support staff is something that leaves a lot to desire. I recommend another place just because of this.
