Editing my initial review and updating it based on our positive experience with this practice. The doctors and staff are very friendly and genuinely want to help. They will try to squeeze you in for emergent issues. Because of this, there may be longer wait times. I appreciate the flexibility and the ability to be seen on a timely basis. I will trade that for a bit of a longer wait. Overall, the doctors and staff are knowledgeable and more than willing to listen, answer questions and make sure the appt is not rushed.
Dr. Kamran Jafri projects confidence due to his knowledge and experience. He is prompt on his diognastic and treatment. Beside his freindliness he is professional and a well learned doctor.
The front desk personnel (Anthony and Kelly) were very warm, professional, and efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes before being called into the doctor's office. Dr. H. Dixon treated me like "family" and helped to resolve all of the issues/concerns I had. She also answered all of my questions during the hour she allocated for the visit. Overall, we didn’t have a great experience here. The wait was extremely long. The appointment was for my son who is under two. Imagine waiting an hour to be seen with a toddler. By the time we were seen, he was ready to go. Because they were so behind, the appointment felt rushed. Then the nurse practitioner didn’t know how to do the hearing test. Absolutely the best experience from start to finish. I was immediately greeted upon arrival which was comforting. Ali took me back into a clean spacious room. He was so nice and actually listened to my concerns instead of just reading off questions. I saw Alexandria who was phenomenal. She was so kind and so patient.
