There has to be a better system available. I waited a year for my appointment only for the Dr to be absent the day of the appointment. Then, I get a call to reschedule only to not be able to get the time I needed. If you are going to reschedule our be absent (I get it), can you create a openings in your schedule to accommodate the ppl who waited a year? Now I have to wait another 6 months for an appointment. What kind of system is this? One could say, you can just get a later time... I have a lot of responsibilities so early... read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. My doctor, Dr. S. Murphy-Higgs is an outstanding internal Medicine physician. Dr. Murphy-Higgs takes the time to be fully invested in the care of his patients. My life and that of my husbands, was saved multiple times due his knowledge of and quick diagnosis. We are grateful for this outstanding team.

My last visit was very disappointing. I was there for 45 min before I was called in the back. I had to ask if I was going to be seen. Once in the room waiting for the Dr. I waited another 50 min, I asked if I was going to be seen. My prescription was never called in. Lastly, I paid my copay just to receive a text the next day asking for payment. I was initially excited about this office. I was hoping they were different and better.
