Could not have had a better experience! The doctor and staff seemed to care about me and took time to listen. Never felt they were in a hurry to see me and move on. I’m having to change my PCP because of insurance and I’ve found my new PCP!!
The visit was amazing and the customer service from Tatiana was extraordinary,
Dr. Murphy-Higgs is great. He listens to the issue I’m having and gives me a plan of action to treat whatever issue I may be having. I love that he never rushes through our appointments. He takes his time with each patient and makes sure each patient is comfortable and ok with the plan he sets for each one of them.

Great patient relationship this great but the structure of the organization is really bad. Since the medical practice was sold, we are waiting 2 hours plus to be seen... that is unexpectable!!!
