This appointment took months to finally get to, which I understand is not the facility’s fault. However, the day of the appointment, my wife arrived to find poor cleanliness and a bedbug infestation in her room.

I will give 3 stars for Beth Lewis however, the front office lacks the ability to ensure the safety and comfortability of those waiting in the office. While at waiting yesterday, there was a gentleman who started talking about politics, religion & gender very loudly. My Mother and I were very uncomfortable with the topics he was yelling about. Lacks common courtesy, unprofessional, and lied to my wife when she tried to reschedule me. Prepare to wait hours after your appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30. I arrived 15 minutes early as you should. Waited in the waiting room where everybody is on their phone blaring their music and videos. I asked the front desk how much longer until my appointment.
