I was seeing a therapist here as well as a psychiatrist. The therapist was on a tv screen instead of being in person. So it felt detached. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just do the same thing over the phone. I could however see the psychiatrist in person. Doesn’t make any sense. I didn’t feel like I was getting the help I needed. I felt like I was just a number. I also felt like decisions were made without me being involved. Which is a shame.
