I leased a floor scrubber and the battery lasted a full three hours at first. It quickly went down to half the time. It's caused increased delay in our work which causes a decrease in income. The service department was of no help. We learned this quickly as they were supposed to schedule a time to go over the machine upon delivery, they never did. Adam C helped us out yesterday with a forklift charger. He was polite, professional and able to assist us with our issue. He had great recommendations, wisdom on the topic, and communicated clearly what he was doing to fix it. Much appreciated and just wanted to say he is definitely an asset to yall's team.
