One of the Darkest periods ofnmy life and im alone. I've given up trying to contact southeast because im done with unanswered calls or no return calls. I was to cancel my services there months ago in person but have not. When my great casemanager Maurice left the columbus location it was done for me, if it weren't for him, I wouldnt have survived the Covid pandemic and shut down. I do not recommend this facility at all. I was supposed to receive treatment there. I got my initial intake appointment and someone was supposed to call me back in 2 weeks. It’s been well over a month and no one had called me. This organization is poorly managed and needs to find a way to provide better services and support to their clients.
Don't go there for psychology or at least don't make an appt with Sheilla Ewiah as she was very rude & had an attitude with me. It was the first time seeing a psychiatrist there at Southeast. Didn't even get a chance to talk cause she said she called for me in the waiting room which was a lie cause she NEVER stepped a foot in the waiting room to ask me if I was the client she was looking for. I have been a patient for over 4 years. I was struggling when I came to seek help, between post partum depression, addiction and past trauma they were committed all along. Recovery only happens when you are ready. You do the work, they give you the tools and understanding you need to get through your difficulties. Thanks team!
