Great little gym with affordable daily/weekly rates for those of us stuck with loved ones in the hospital. It's in an old bank, so it's not fancy if that's what you're looking for. It is, however, clean, well maintained, and has everything you could need in a gym. Cardio machines, weights, weight machines, classes, locker room with showers, etc. Friendly staff as well.
