6 hours in the ER and multiple abnormal test results with no answers does not feel good. I hope whatever is going on with me during this pregnancy isn’t serious. My nurses were amazing, especially Jacob and Bruce. Replace your ER doctors with nurse practitioners. I don’t have a negative experience or thing to say about them. They advocate more and truly care. Wait times are ridiculous no urgency got here was me and 2 other people have been here over 2 hours and haven’t been called back
I went to ER and they admitted me and I was there in room 597 was there for 3 days and my nurses were awesome and my doctor was a female Indian and she was soooo rude couldn't understand her at all she didn't listen to me at all my husband tried to talk to her and she was rude can't believe they have some one like that working there I tried to ask questions no answer I didn't even know she released me until she told me to leave and she is rude I hope to never see her again I will go somewhere else and I made a complaint abou... read more
We had an outstanding experience in the emergency department during what was a very stressful situation for our family. My four-year-old son was having respiratory issues and difficulty breathing, and he was brought back very quickly. From that moment on, every single person we encountered, nurses, physicians, and care techs, was kind, calm, and professional. I went to the Southeast Health ER this past weekend and my experience was great! I was taken back and saw a doctor shortly after I was put into a room. My nurses were wonderful in making sure I was comfortable during my time. Hopefully I won't need it, but if I do, I will certainly go there for emergent care.
