Excellent care.
Came into the ER just to get a blood pressure reading to ensure my blood pressure machine was reading correctly and they would not take it without signing in as a patient. Absolutely ridiculous. A 20 second task turned into a couple of hours of sitting in an empty waiting room. Bravo Mercy. Do better.

I took my husband to the ER there and he was severely sepsis. I thank God for the RN Chad and the SPN Chelsey Rigdon for their amazing care. At one point all of the ER staff was taking care of him to keep him alive. Chelsey is only a nursing student but she was amazing and never missed a beat. She got both of his lines in quickly and my husband never felt a thing when she put the needles in. She did everything Chad asked her to do without hesitation. Chad was a rockstar too.
