This leasing office is TERRIBLE. They NEVER answer the phone! I have been trying to reach out to them regarding rent and payment through app (which is awful experience, I put my bank account to make a payment to avoid transaction fee but the office made sure to take the $8 on the back in) However when I make payment towards rent they allow it to go towards other fees and say they cannot change it through system.
