I've used cchs with Dr Brianna Gray for over 2 yrs now. She's and all the nurses including receptionist are All amazing, caring, and passionate. Dr Gray is the most caring and friendly Dr I've ever had. I definitely recommend her 100%. Once diagnosed she will break everything down for you and explain why her findings and let you know what meds she's putting you on, and just cares for your well being all around. I waited 6 months for a cleaning for my daughter. I called twice to confirm my appointment, but I only got the answering machine. When we arrived I was told they had to cancel all appointments. The receptionist then took a seat and started talking to someone else. Then, she saw me standing there and asked can she help me. I asked if she was going to give me another appointment and she said No have a good day. She didn't even give me a reason why. I will be looking for another dentist.
Since Coastal Community Health took over Dr. Baird's practice we have had nothing but trouble. Our appointments were canceled without notification, more than once. Very frustrating to take off work and travel 20 miles only to be told your prescheduled appointment didn't transfer from the old practice. I had to wait another6 months for them to get me in for a cleaning. Husband goes in and was told they changed hygienists and his appointment got canceled. Sorry!
