They NEVER answer the phone to schedule appointments. Then when I do get a call back they tell me they have to wait for the doctor to call the next day to tell them their schedule for the week. Why is it so hard to schedule an appointment? They need to hire more receptionists and fix how they schedule patients. I’ve been calling since last week to get an appointment. The pediatricians are great, but it’s next to impossible to be seen. I don’t recommend this place.

I give one star! I called the office to schedule a sick visit for my 6y daughter because she had the flu. The lady who answered the phone told me it would be a walk-in sick visit. I took her in the next day got to the window just for the lady at the front desk to tell me there's no sick walk-ins. I had to take her to the emergency room! I will be finding a new doctor's office for both of my kids!

Now I can only make an appointment by calling at 8 o'clock in the morning. The problem is that the receptionist never answers the phone and never replies to messages. If it's too late, the receptionist will say it's too late to make an appointment. I go directly to the hospital and they say I can only make an appointment by phone. The next day, it's still the same. I'm so angry that I want to swear.

I don't have many complaints or issues other than the receptionists never answering the phones or calling back to voicemails

Now that Dr Reece has left the practice there isn’t a single provider I would trust with my children. The reception staff and nurses have been so rude and impatient. The practice has really gone down hill.
