Best place ever very friendly people great staff Dr. Matrox is a great fantastic doctor, he listened got to know me as well as my medical needs he truly cares about the patient. Please do not pay any attention to all the bad reviews because I can tell you from experience this group is spot on perfect in every way.
First off know this, the other bad reviews in here are spot on, especially including the rude receptionist. Kind of long story but I'll try to summarize the best I can. Set up an appointment back in October to see the gastrologist. Several days before the appointment I had set up in October I get a call from Southeast to come in a couple days sooner. Just as a previous review said, my experience felt rushed. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, I felt very uncomfortable the whole appointment. While I was being examined, I was told one of my concerns wasn’t a big deal and that it basically wasn’t worth messing with, I got embarrassed because it was something I really wanted taken care of, I didn’t realize Dr. Mattox had asked me a question or I didn’t think what he said was a question, and he said “hello?” to me with what I took as a dismissive attitude.... read more
I had a great experience with Dr. Bhurwal. He was very professional and he answered any questions that I had before my procedure. The staff at the office in St. Marys, as well as the nurses at the hospital were very informative and nice. I would recommend Dr. Bhurwal to anyone needing GI services.
