Cant say enough good things about Orlando with SE group and his crew. Orlando was easy to work with and kept me informed during the whole process. He also knows the insurance side of the business conferencing calls with me and them to get info needed and the process moving. Big big help. His crew did a very professional job from set up to clean up. Roof looks great! I would highly recommend SE for roofing work. Thanks guys!

Very poor customer service!! I left many messages about getting a quote in installing an exterior door to my quest bathroom. Not once did they return my call. After a couple of weeks, I finally spoke to a lady at customer service. She had no customer service etiquette what so ever. She stated that we are overwhelmed with roofing work and we have no time for you in a loud tone of voice and being very disrespectful. She abruptly had the phone on me!

I apologize if you felt I was rude during our phone conversation this morning. I was simply explaining to you that we do not do that type of work. We are a roofing contractor. I explained to you that yes we are a general contractor but we are currently only doing roofing.
Jeff I. was very helpful and took time to explain the job to be done. He was very patient and willing to answer questions. Didn't seem to be in a rush to be elsewhere. I haven't seen the new roof, but my dad (owner of the home) says a good job was done.
Southeast General Contractors group has done an amazing Job with my Roof. They were on time clean and dependable. I can not wait to start the remodel of my home, I wouldnt trust anyone else.
Shoddy work. Leaks and more leaks. Applied tar over the old flashing used or none at all. Caulk job on window looks like pre-schoolers did it.
Very professional. Work was completed when promised. Competitive Price. Very good response from the office staff. I am very satisfied that I chose Southeast general contractors to replace my roof. I would gladly provide further references.
I feel that Jay at Southeast General has conducted himself extremely professional.When he says he is going to this or that consider it done. It has been a long time when I expected a company to stand behind their product, I would be saddened if Southeast General does not make good on their product, so let because of Jay.
