Edit - I have since heard from them and I received the part for my treadmill. Might have just been a miscommunication not really sure. But I would use them again. The problem was fixed ☺️ They came out to my home towards the end of September. Then another technician came out with the first one to try to get my treadmill fixed. They discovered the problem and they put the order in for me to get a very simple part to get my treadmill working again. I had southeast fitness repair come out to help with a treadmill and they were timely and kind. Highly recommend if you are having issues with your gym equipment.
They came out to my home towards the end of September. Then another technician came out with the first one to try to get my treadmill fixed. They discovered the problem and they put the order in for me to get a very simple part to get my treadmill working again. Since then I still have not received my part and I have been contacting them since I'm getting invoices stating I still owe them money. However I already paid them with a check which they cashed. They have not returned any phone calls and they refused to respond to m... read more
