This office has been one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve encountered. The psych nurse’s scheduling was consistently unreliable, leaving me without medication each month and forcing me into withdrawals that caused unnecessary stress and missed work. On the family practice side, basic responsibilities such as submitting lab and X-ray orders or sending prescriptions to the pharmacy were regularly overlooked.
