This is my second review as Tawna yelled at me for leaving a negative review. Told me not to call back and all communication must be thru email. I hired this company to install my pre-piped kitchen hood system. The city requested drawings of the system PRIOR to issuing the Operating Permit. SE Extinguisher scheduled the work and did the installation before the permit was issued and caused tons of chaos and confusion with my project. When they finally cut you an estimate and actually show up to do the work they do decent work. Can take months to get any type of information or estimates from this company. Very poor communicators and give you the run around if they don't like you. Make sure you read the lack of fine print on their estimates so they don't fleece you over work not done.
Friendly staff and fantastic customer service. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were taken care of.
