This business is connected to Coastal Kayaks (Owner Dave). I paid in advance for a number of kayak items, including trailer and trailer hitch. Over $2K. The fiasco, false information, refusal to respond to calls, knowingly delivering trailer I not only did not order and pay for, it was a boat trailer and too large for my car. Wow what an experience!! We did the kayaking tour to Chatham Winery. Our guide, Leah, was awesome, so nice and helpful! The winery was beautiful and had some great wine! Would love to go back and do the sunset kayak tour. Highly recommend!!
Friends and I booked a kayak rental and we were given a meet-up location and an 8am drop off time. We arrived at 8am, waited about 30 mins and nobody showed up. We called the office several times and finally the woman who booked our rental answered stating someone was on their way and confirmed the meet up location. In total we waited 1.5hrs at this meet up location, calling over 10x trying to reach the office, and some of us rode to the office directly to speak with someone. The office was closed. Excellent experience! Kayaking to the winery was perfect for a hot summer day. What I got for the experience is well worth what I paid and the wine was fantastic!
