Kind, caring and professional. Also, very busy. I was glad I had a mask in my purse to wear in the waiting room. I have a great new pair of glasses, and see very well. I highly recommend receiving your eye care here.
Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Appeals Process!!!!! While the providers have been kind and helpful, my experience with the appeals team has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have left three voicemails regarding my mother’s appeal for an eye drop prescription that was denied, and no one has returned my calls. I even went to the office in person to get an update.
