Highly recommend Southeast Coastal Builders! We had an addition done with them and couldn’t be happier how it came out! We had originally just an outside patio with pavers and a screen and they helped us to completely transform the space into a beautiful additional living space for our family of 5. Jeff and Logan built my home after they were recommended by several local residents. I could not be happier with the outcome. From foundation to move in was 10 months, any issue was handled proactively and professionally. The house turned out spectacularly, and I am looking forward to building investment properties with them in the future. Logan Putnam and his crew did a beautiful job. They really worked as a team. They were Prompt, detailed, communication always. Highly recommended.
SEC were an amazing team to work with, their quality of work, attention to detail and communication was outstanding. We were never “surprised” and they were great about giving us options on difficult choices. They always followed through on their commitments and were really flexible as we changed our minds on design and implementation details (even late in the process).
