Certain counselors who have since left the practice were wonderful, but as of recently in the last couple years one of the newer therapists were very unprofessional. Sandy would forget details of the patient at the beginning of the session and mix up them with another one, they made a minor’s diagnosis which should never happen before 23 and did countertransference based on their own child’s mental health issues which they shared in details, never provided voluntary progress or plans, we always had to ask.
