you can always count on Cara to fix you right up. she is very professional and knowledgeable. she takes the time to actually listen to your concerns and will give you a full explanation about your illness and medication.
While I was hospitalized here they lost my clothes. When I was discharged they released me in my hospital gown. When I complained that it was cold out and I couldn't go home on the city transit in my hospital gown, I was told " we are really busy right now, we don't have time to find your clothes". This is just one of the numerous bad experiences I've had at this hospital.
