The people who work here are nice enough and Dr. Kolasch is fine but trying to schedule an appointment? Forget it. It takes forever to get appointments, they’ve canceled on me without notifying or rescheduling, they didn’t tell me all the requirements for my appointment so when I get there I have to reschedule (for over a month out) after it took 45 minutes of battling traffic just to get here. So annoying but because Dr. K did my surgery I don’t think I have any other options.
RecommendedI had Vsg on December 3rd,2019. Dr.Carraro and her team was amazing. I was taking care of each step of the way, never felt scared or lonely and there was always someone checking in on me. I stopped into the office today to get vitimins and everyone asked how I was doing, if I needed anything....just helpful and caring. I am thankful!!
horrible customer service especially in the Ballantyne location. Front desk clerk Barbara Dee is very rude
I had the RNY surgery June 4, 2019. I can't say enough about this team of wonderful people. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors in Matthews Novant Hospital. Wonderful experience for me.
Everyone is so nice. I love Dr. Kolasch. I met with Andrea Friday and she was awesome. I had weight loss surgery 12/5/12 and I have gained about 35 lbs back. I NEED to get that weight off.
I know I wouldn't be where I am health wise without the assistance from NH Bariatric Solutions. But like everything in life, it is what you take away and make from it. simple surgery does not mean you will lose the weight...lifestyle changes , exercise and a determined mind can accomplish your goals. They give you the information and support you will need!
